Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism and core competencies according to ALDI standards.
- Handle customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Assist customers throughout their shopping experience and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company guidelines.
- Execute store inventory procedures and support security measures.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and maintaining store appearance.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience considered a plus.
