Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI, where you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Follow cash handling procedures to minimize losses and uphold company policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior experience in retail is preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and use store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
