Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is merchandised, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, cleaning, stocking shelves, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Give feedback on products, manage inventory, and adhere to cash policies
- Participate in store inventory counts, following guidelines for accuracy
- Comply with company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
