Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness within the store. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
