Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management, handle cash transactions, and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
