Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and contributing to the overall cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain neat merchandise displays, and assist customers with outstanding service.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capable of safely using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks to company standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
