Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a neat appearance, providing outstanding customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and assisting customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to ensure security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and operate store equipment safely.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is a plus.
