Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the store, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, uphold company procedures, and ensure data security.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy in inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, perform cleaning duties, and handle products safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
