Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with team members and engage with customers to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and assist with inventory management.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
