Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. From merchandising to cashiering, you will contribute to creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Stock shelves, perform cashier duties, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies and ensure data security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
