Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and customer experiences.
- Participate in store inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for a secure and efficient operation.
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capable of safely operating equipment and following company policies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
