Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with quality products. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and providing excellent customer service, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
