Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Follow cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
