Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, cleaning, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
