Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's operations, including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory monitoring and follow cash handling policies.
- Adhere to company procedures and contribute to a secure and efficient store environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands in a retail setting.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and relevant experience is acceptable.
