Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers competitive pay starting at $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently to keep the store well-maintained.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to cash management procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure shelves are neatly organized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is desired.
