Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the efficient functioning of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Adept at performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
