Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain the overall appearance of the store.
- Process customer purchases and adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
