Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
