Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies while performing job duties.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with shopping, communicate clearly with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Follow company policies, ensure document security, and perform additional assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum age 18, prompt and courteous customer service skills.
- Efficient cash register operation, safe equipment handling, and general cleaning abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, retail experience preferred.
- Ability to meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
