Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking products, and cashiering. Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Stock shelves with merchandise according to guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Assist in inventory management and carry out store inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
