Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies
• Perform general cleaning duties according to standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Knowledge and application of company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
