Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details

- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute to inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Compliance with state regulations for alcohol sales.
