Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Assist in store inventory procedures and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
