Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains its optimum appearance. Your focus on exceptional customer service and collaboration with the Aldi team will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to enhance store performance.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash management procedures.
- Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands to stock merchandise and maintain store standards.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High School Diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
