Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting with merchandising and stocking duties.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
