Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with the management team.
- Contribute to inventory management and adherence to company policies.
- Operate equipment efficiently and ensure a clean store environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment such as a floor scrubber.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
