Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and that customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures and minimize losses.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
