Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Conduct accurate inventory counts and monitor inventory levels
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies to uphold security standards
• Adhere to safety regulations and confidentiality guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
