Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
