Job Description
We are looking for a talented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure minimal losses.
- Comply with company policies while maintaining document and data security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies effectively.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
