Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers are provided with exceptional service, and the store maintains a neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock merchandise displays and shelves efficiently and neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store by performing general cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in inventory management activities and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Capacity to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
