Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cashier, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily duties.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
- Adhere to company policies, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register with accuracy.
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
