Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed neatly, operating the cash register efficiently, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and handle equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
