Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is merchandised, stocked, and maintained to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Competence in operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
