Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your customer service skills and collaboration with the ALDI team will ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in monitoring inventory.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
