Job Description
Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, where your responsibilities include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Enhance the shopping experience for customers by providing exceptional service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
- Communicate clearly with team members and store management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
- Follow company policies, uphold document security, and maintain confidentiality
- Perform additional assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills
- Ability to operate store equipment safely and correctly
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
