Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
