Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, ensuring the store is well-organized and merchandise is stocked appropriately. You will collaborate with team members and management to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the store's high standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and control
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safely operate store equipment
• Knowledge of and adherence to company policies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Work well independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience is preferred
