Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an excellent shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, ensuring exceptional customer service and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Report product issues, inventory losses, and maintain accuracy in inventory management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow established company policies, ensuring document security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties and follow company standards
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexible to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial
