Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks following company guidelines and policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers and uphold cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
