Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking products, and ensuring cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and handle inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
