Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and ensure shelves are neat and organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
