Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Offer feedback on products and inventory
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
