Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with a dedicated team and contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper merchandising
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their experience
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with management
• Conduct store inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and report issues to management
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures
• Perform general cleaning tasks as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
