Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining overall store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support team collaboration.
• Offer feedback on products and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
