Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and monitor inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate store equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
