Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the Aldi team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
