Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
