Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi, a fast-growing company known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As a Store Associate, you'll play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
- Delivering excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and handling transactions efficiently.
- Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
- Monitoring inventory levels, participating in store inventory counts, and ensuring accuracy.
- Following company policies and procedures, upholding security measures, and reporting any issues.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
